From May 15 to 16 of 2015, Kazuo Inaromi business philosophy Shanghai seminar was successfully held in African Hall of Shanghai World Expo Garden. Over 2,500 excellent entrepreneurs from China, Japan, America, etc. listened to the lectures of Kazuo Inaromi, this 83-year master of management philosophy who comes from Japan. The lecture topic was “Why Enterprises Must Realize High Profits”. Centered on this topic, Mr. Inaromi combined with the development experience of his own enterprise and told the reasons why enterprise must realize high profits in operation process at large and in detail. There were 400 students from Beijing Inaromi Private School who participated in the seminar. Ms. Guo Meiling, chairwoman of Century Galaxy Sci. & Tech. and director general of Beijing “Inaromi Private School” attended this seminar.

In this seminar, combined with Inaromi management philosophy, two students from Beijing “Inaromi Private School” made speeches and reports from the perspective of their own enterprises. They were highly praised by the “master” who delivered detailed comments about them.
When the seminar came to an end, Inaromi master said, “no matter in which country, generally speaking, the so-called enterprise is a self-interested organization that seeks profit as the purpose. All people hold the view like this. However, the purpose why we operate an enterprise is to seek the happiness of all staff in material and spiritual aspects on earth and to make more contribution to the development of human society. Under this lofty righteous cause, high profit is a must if we want to make our enterprises continuously develop. We shall have the sense of awareness and have the sense of pride to stick out our chests and devote ourselves to the operation of the enterprise. I believe, this devotion spirit of every operator, not only makes the enterprise continuously develop, but also bring happiness to Chinese people both in material and spiritual aspects and promote the healthy development of Chinese economy.”
The seminar successfully ended with warm applause. The students who joined in the seminar expressed one after another, the seminar is “coming back with fruitful results” in a real sense. They believe they will have much clear targets in the future operation of their enterprises and better integrate management philosophy of Inaromi into their own enterprise management.
