The conference was attended by Group Chairman Guo Meiling, President Zhao Qi, Executive President Wang Lingbo, Senior Consultant Hu Zhongtao, overseas management staff of the international sector, headquarters staff, and management personnel from various subsidiaries and projects, totaling over 100 people. The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements and existing problems of the Group in 2024, and outlined the development blueprint for the next thirty years, sounding the bugle for a new Long March.

Group Chairman Guo Meiling delivered the keynote report. The report reviewed the Group's 30-year development history in an all-round way, outlined the strategic blueprint for the next thirty years, and emphasized that intelligent transformation would drive the rebirth of the enterprise.
Chairman Guo Meiling pointed out that Century Galaxy Group has been deeply engaged in the medical and health field for thirty years, always adhering to the core concept of "Great Love and Altruism." Starting from equipment agency, the Group has gradually developed into a comprehensive social responsibility enterprise covering medical and health, scientific and technological innovation, and public welfare charity. Through the dual drive of industrial layout and public welfare practice, the Group has continuously contributed social value in areas such as educational support, assistance to vulnerable groups, environmental protection actions, and epidemic prevention and disaster relief.
Faced with the complex situation of global economic recovery differentiation, accelerated technological innovation, and population structure changes, Chairman Guo Meiling emphasized that 2025 is the year of "great breakthroughs and establishment" for the Group. She proposed that we need to break away from old ways of thinking and models with the determination of "cutting off one's own arm," and fully embrace the intelligent era. Group Vice President and General Manager of the International Department, Zhang Fengyuan, delivered a work report on international business. He summarized the significant progress made in team optimization, core business development, and product localization of the overseas sector in 2024. Looking forward to 2025, the overseas sector will focus on integrating the medical field, deepen global market layout, promote the dual-brand internationalization strategy, continuously improve research and development capabilities and management efficiency, and ensure the achievement of budget goals. President Zhang emphasized that in the future, he will continue to adhere to the original intention, lead the team to meet external challenges, and inject continuous momentum into the Group's global strategy.

The person in charge of the Group's social responsibility sector and Executive Secretary of the Beijing Meiling Public Welfare Foundation, Guo Bingkun, reported on the work of corporate social responsibility and public welfare charity in 2024. The foundation operated efficiently and transparently, and its core projects such as "Meiling Future Innovators," "Clean Plate Check-in," "Wisdom Shangyi Community Station," and "Ambitious Study Tour" achieved significant results and won several honors. In 2025, the foundation will focus on high-quality development and brand building, explore the "AI + Public Welfare" innovation model, promote the deep integration of public welfare and business, inject new momentum into the Group's sustainable development, and continue to practice corporate social responsibility.
Group Vice President Lu Haixia reported on the work of the Group's Finance Department. Project leaders from Shandong Company, Kanglin Renhe, traditional projects, overseas projects, and Yu Kang Project respectively made work reports and shared their insights. As the work conference was drawing to a close, a solemn collective oath-taking ceremony began. President Zhao Qi presented the "2025 Changhe Sets Sail Again" oath book, signed by all members of the Group, to Chairman Guo Meiling. Chairman Guo, along with all members of the Group's core management team, took to the stage and led the oath solemnly. All members of Century Galaxy stood solemnly and recited the oath together.
This oath-taking ceremony at the beginning of the new thirty-year chapter of Century Galaxy not only sounded the bugle for the new journey but also demonstrated the firm belief of all Century Galaxy people in working together and fulfilling their mission.

That evening, the Group held a gratitude dinner themed "Gratitude for Our Journey, Creating the Future" together. Many ecological partners and old friends who had witnessed the thirty-year development process of Century Galaxy gathered together.

The dinner atmosphere was warm and the programs were wonderful. The opening dance, "Chinese Family Reunion," performed by the Shandong team, ignited the enthusiasm of the audience instantly. The performers, dressed in bright traditional costumes, gracefully and vividly displayed the profound heritage of Chinese culture and the warmth of family reunions for the evening.

The international team brought an enthusiastic dance that instantly ignited the atmosphere of the scene. The dynamic rhythm and cheerful steps showed the vitality and passion of the Century Galaxy international team, and also symbolized the determination of Century Galaxy to continuously expand and progress on the global stage.
Mr. Mou Li specially created a lyrical poem, "Song of the Century Galaxy," for the evening, which was recited by the Sunset Red members led by Chairman Guo. With their emotional voices, they narrated the stormy journey and brilliant achievements of Century Galaxy. Chairman Guo's high school classmates created a hidden acrostic poem, "Congratulations to Century Galaxy," on the spot, expressing their best wishes for Century Galaxy and pushing the atmosphere of the scene to a climax again.
The evening also had a surprise segment, playing a sign language dance video, "Thank You Because of You," recorded by the "Second Generation of Galaxy." The children expressed their gratitude to Century Galaxy with their innocent smiles and naive actions, showing the warmth and inheritance of the Century Galaxy family.
In addition, the chorus brought by Shandong Company, the magic show by President Wang, the songs brought by the Finance Department, Yu Kang Project, and Investment Department, and the creative AI show brought by the functional departments also won rounds of applause and cheers from the colleagues present.
