2019 Century Galaxy Group Working Annual Conference

On February 24th, 2019 Century Galaxy Group Working Annual Conference, that is, the 25th Ceremony was grand held in Beijing. The theme of this conference was “Thankful Accompany,Win-Win Cooperation”, aiming to review the development history led with “Thankful” as the value of Century Galaxy during the past 25 years, as well as shared the business concept “harmony in diversity, integration for win-win” of Century Galaxy, and jointly initiated the win-win development mode for new times. The main tasks for conference were comprehensively concluding the work in 2018, objectively analyzing the existing issues, arranging and deploying the development planning and work tasks in 2019, advocating the donation for “Staff Caring Foundation”, awarding the advanced teams and individuals of Century Galaxy Group in 2018, as well as holding the 25th Anniversary Ceremony for founding Century Galaxy Group. The responsible persons for the invested projects from abroad and domestic, as well as approximately 200 staff of Century Galaxy Group all attended this annual conference.
Mrs. Guo Meilig who is the chairman of Century Galaxy Group, Mr. Zhao Qi who is the president of Century Galaxy Group and Mr. Wu Feng who is the president of Century Galaxy Group Investment Center attended the conference, as well as performed the strategic operation planning for the new times of Century Galaxy Group. Mrs. Guo Meiling, the chairman of Century Galaxy Group made the keynote speech from four aspects including the trend and opportunities of industry, work summary in 2018, strategical planning of Group and social responsibilities. She initially made the summarized analysis to the domestic and international economic trend: 2018 was one magnificent year, the global economic downturn, Sino-US trade dispute, huge layoffs of enterprises and Health China performed the brand new structural adjustment.
In terms of this, Chairman Guo Meiling said that: we were going through the huge changing situation that never happened for centuries, all enterprises were in the teeth of the storm. But the this world will be separated after long time united, and also will do the opposite after long time uniting. In such grand changing situation, just those enterprises who had thoughts and feelings, persistence, innovation and insight were able to stride forward. We had to grasp the great opportunities and realized the great development!
Chairman Guo Meiling pointed out in the work summary of 2018 that Century Galaxy Group was the enterprise with social responsibilities who was striving in the field of medical health, which was divided into two sections including the investment and industry. Within the 25 years of focusing on the health field, the Group always insisted on the general thought that taking the primary business as the root and the strategical operation as the stem, as well as smoothly transformed across and continued the health development.
In 2018, the Group continued to perform the public benefit activities to the three fields including the education, health and humanistic care, as well as actively promoted the Showyes Project; supported many projects of public benefit e.g. Community Hero of CCTV; continued to support Shangdong hometown education cause and disaster-stricken donation etc. Won several awards of public benefit, charity and social responsibility issued by several domestic authorized platforms including “Health China” Forum, “China Social Responsibility Hundreds of People Forum” etc. In addition, the Group specially established the “Social Responsibility Department”, which enabled the relevant work of social responsibility to be promoted progressively. The social responsibility has become the important part for the functional work of Group. Guo Meiling said that “I am leading all people to carry out the charity and public benefit, just for awakening Buddha in the heart of every one, and stepping on the road of big love and altruism in reality.”

Zhao Qi, the president of Century Galaxy Group specifically introduced the performance completion situation for the wholly-owned and holding projects of Group in 2018,as well as the work plan and task indexes in 2019 in the work summary of annual conference. The achievements were made due to having the clear targets, good team cooperation and service quality of pursuing excellence etc. Meanwhile, he pointed out the existing issues e.g. political adjustment, market changes, team construction, work methods etc. He raised the work measures e.g. “adjust the structure of products, expand the original channels, encourage the innovative operation, and let the professional personnel to do the professional thing” etc. He stressed the influence of “innovation” to the development of enterprise, put forward that in order to break through the ossification and aging of organization, procedure and concept, performed the work innovation, mechanism innovation and operation mode innovation. It was able to win more clients only through carrying out the continuous innovations to products and service. Encouraged the overturning innovation from zero to one, insisted the self-breakthrough, and enabled the enterprise to continuously develop in the dimension-rising innovation so as to achieve the century foundation of Century Galaxy.

Wu Feng, the president of Group Investment Center made the work report in terms of the investment operation mechanism, as well as the post-investment management and planning.
