“Make use of philosophical thought to build happy enterprise.” On Feb. 27, 2016, 2015 annual summary of Century Galaxy Group was held in Huabei Hotel in Beijing. The chairwoman Ms. Guo Meiling, the president Mr. Zhao Qi, the vice-president Ms. Zheng Baowen and the general manager Guo Xinkai attended the summary. The other people who attended the summary included the head of group headquarters, each branch company and project department, staff representatives and special guests.

In the opening speech, Ms. Guo Meiling combined with the current conditions of world economy and analyzed the situation of health care industry. She pointed out, with the rising of people’s income level, the accumulation of wealth and the shift of health concepts, all these factors will continually drive medical consumption demand to diversified and multi-level development and people’s health concept also shifts from disease treatment to medical treatment prevention. So biological resonance technology and naturopathy will become the tendency of health prevention and management. When speaking of the group’s enterprise cultural practice in 2015, she said, we focused on promoting “6 Improvements” courses. Most employees joined in the training and had profound perceptions. The training changed many colleagues’ work and living state. Through sticking to clocking in every day, many colleagues reflect on their behaviors repeatedly and their spirit is obviously improved in spiritual level. In Century Galaxy Group, we are not only colleagues, but also kindred spirits; we not just earn money, but also gain capacity and temperament as well as spiritual growth. In terms of public benefit, we strongly pushed many public welfare programs in 2015, such as “Teaching how to fish plan”, etc. which helped many children from poor families to improve their skills and get rid of poverty. Meanwhile, Century Galaxy Group cooperated with other caring agencies and enterprises to push public welfare and charity actions. Besides, the chairwoman Ms. Guo Meiling also stated the importance of the group’s future development strategic relations as well as how to build a happy enterprise.

Later, the president Zhao Qi made the 2015 annual work summary and introduced the group’s framework and the achievements of the performance of each project in 2015 and thought that the completion of the goal is attributed to the steady growth of big projects and the clear target, coordinated team and excellent service. Meanwhile, he also indicated that there were three bottlenecks in the development, respectively, development ideas, operating mode and talent training. Moreover, he also put forward to accelerate the transformation and adjustment of market and products and strengthens the efforts to cultivate the wolf consciousness of the team. The president Zhao Qi also arranged the work in 2016 and stressed that the completion of performance must achieve: step-by-step implementation, strict check and evaluation, responsible for each level, opening up the source and reducing the expenditure and continuous learning. To be specific, the group would further generalize “Amoeba” business model, perfect the company’s management system and talent training system as well as carrying out business operation philosophy.
